  Spey Valley Hire Centre is a very friendly local business. It has a lot of useful building stock and also delivers. We ended up getting our gravel for our drive here and they were brilliant. They have a great knowledge of the things they stock and it only cost £8.00 for them to deliver to Nethy Bridge. They have a large stock of building materials and tools so it is best to ask if you can't find what you want as they do have a shop in the center of Aviemore as well as this one. This shop has the building suppliers, workshop where they can fix up tools, and things like chainsaw oil, hand tools and high visibility clothing. You can also hire equipment from here (hence the name :) ). I have not used this service yet so I don't know what is available but have heard good things about the service. Their shop in the center of Aviemore has paint, tools, compost, plant pots and a lovely section upstairs that has lots of lovely things for the home. I love using Spey Valley Hire Center. It provides a fantastic service for Speyside and I enjoy supporting that. I will often go in just for a brows as they can have some great stuff in stock.
