Wren was my final destination, and I was determined that if they couldn't help me, I wouldn't change my kitchen. Lucy was very knowledgeable and on point; it took me only 20 minutes to put a deposit down on the kitchen. Her customer service was far superior to that of any local competition. The manager and team obviously foster a good working environment.

Gary James, the kitchen designer, couldn’t have been more helpful, as was Lucy Lock who picked up issues for me when Gary wasn’t available. The after-sales service was great, really responsive to any issues raised, and everyone was keen to sort things out quickly for me. I’m really pleased with my new kitchen - I’m loving having so much extra storage and worktop space - and I wished I’d taken plunge years ago! Many thanks to all at Wren.

The all items were marked on the plan and matched the items on the delivery. A great touch is the temporary sink supplied. We had a slight problem with only one part and re-ordering on the app, couldn't have been easier. Delivery of this part was also very quick. There was no push to get the order done and a slight redesign of the kitchen was quickly done before order. Excellent service all round and the notification by email and text was greatly appreciated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
