We chose Wren because we expected a premium product and service. Unfortunately, our experience has been the complete opposite. Our wardrobe was delivered on 25 June 2026 and what should have been a straightforward installation turned into weeks of delays and constant problems. We received missing wardrobe feet, a missing clothes rail, incorrect wardrobe frames that meant the drawers couldn't even open, and filler panels that didn't fit. We also discovered that the end panels supplied were unsuitable, requiring yet another replacement order before the wardrobe could finally be completed. Every time one issue was resolved, another appeared. We spent weeks contacting Customer Services, waiting for replacement parts and repeatedly putting our home renovation on hold. Our bedroom couldn't be finished, and we ended up sleeping in our office for far longer than planned because the wardrobe remained incomplete. To Wren's credit, replacement parts were eventually supplied and we received a £468.90 refund for the incorrect drawer configuration. However, this addressed one design issue rather than the months of disruption caused by the repeated mistakes. We were also left to dispose of incorrect parts ourselves after being told they would not be collected. What disappointed us most was Wren's handling of our complaint. Although they acknowledged the disruption and apologised, they refused to offer any further goodwill. In one of their responses they stated that it "wouldn't be fair for us to try and measure your experience as a monetary value." As customers, we found this particularly disappointing. When you've spent around £2,500 on what is marketed as a premium product, endured weeks of delays, repeated errors and significant disruption to your home, it's difficult to understand why the impact on the customer isn't considered worthy of meaningful recognition. Earlier this year we assembled a £600 IKEA wardrobe in a single weekend without any issues. In contrast, our significantly more expensive Wren wardrobe has involved repeated faults, replacement parts, design errors and a lengthy complaints process that ultimately left us feeling that our experience simply wasn't valued. Sadly, we cannot recommend Wren for fitted bedroom furniture based on our experience. We expected premium quality and service, but instead received months of inconvenience and a final response that left us feeling unheard.

There was a clear lack of communication after I signed the contract, and my delivery date was changed without my consent. When I queried this, I was told that only a delivery week is guaranteed, not a specific date. However, this explanation does not apply to my situation, as I was specifically offered 27th February or 2nd March, and I chose 2nd March. The delivery was then changed to 5th March, leaving me struggling to arrange for someone to be at home to receive it. When I contacted the Hereford showroom, the person who identified himself as the manager was rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. He suggested that I should simply take time off work to accept the delivery because "other customers do the same." As a paying customer, I expected understanding and support, not to be made to feel as though I was asking for a favour. I also emailed the delivery team requesting a call back after spending 48 minutes on hold without getting through to customer services. Despite explaining everything in my email, I never received a call back or any response, which only added to my frustration. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Before signing the contract, Wren appeared to be very customer-focused, but once the sale was completed, I felt that the level of customer care changed significantly. I believe Wren staff should support customers throughout the entire process, not just until the contract is signed. In particular, someone in a managerial position should know how to communicate professionally and treat customers with respect. During my conversation, I felt that the manager's attitude towards me was influenced by my background. While I cannot know his intentions, I genuinely felt I was treated differently, and I do not believe he would have spoken to a British or European customer in the same manner. That interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. Please note: This review relates to my experience from the end of Feb to start of March. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.

Kitchens are a nightmare to shop for, and it sometimes blows my mind how much the prices can vary from company to company, with some differences exceeding £14,000 for the same kitchen. Wren was my final destination, and I was determined that if they couldn't help me, I wouldn't change my kitchen. Lucy was very knowledgeable and on point; it took me only 20 minutes to put a deposit down on the kitchen. Her customer service was far superior to that of any local competition. The manager and team obviously foster a good working environment.

Great service by Sarah who helped us with no problems and even went back to show her the finished project
