We had a fantastic experience with Wren Farnborough from start to finish! The whole process of getting our fitted wardrobe and bedside tables sorted was completely seamless. The surveyor who came out to measure did a great job (sorry, I can’t remember his name!), and our designer, Tomas, was brilliant at helping us pick the perfect layout. The showroom staff were super friendly, and the finance process was quick with zero hurdles. A massive shout-out to the delivery team as well—they worked so hard carrying everything up two flights of stairs and took great care not to mark the walls or property. Finally, our installer Jozsef did an incredible, speedy, and neat job fitting it all. What an absolute dream team Wren has in Farnborough!

Where to start… Wren will book you in for a smart, smooth design appointment where they price up your kitchen, try and include all of your needs and then arrange your measuring date. That’s just about where the fun stops, we asked our designer if there were any ways we could reduce the price a bit, she recommended a new type of panel which we didn’t like - but also changed our handles without telling us to cut the price further on her quote, this meant another call to customer service to get them to send the handles we actually wanted. When they turned up to measure, it was obviously a massively inexperienced employee who was in a rush, as their measurements ended up going 2 inches inside of the soil stack, meaning our final kitchen was a completely different shape to what we wanted. When I called the customer care team, they made me pay for the different sized door we needed because of their wrong measurement! This was luckily later refunded after I complained multiple times. The actual delivery was where the real fun started, we had a total of 7 damaged items, there seems to be no quality check on anything they send out, the designer had also managed to forget to change our fridge from 70/30 to 50/50 as instructed, so the doors had to be re-ordered. We had a damaged worktop, drawer fronts and doors, all of this meant we spent an extra £400 on installation labour as we had to wait 10 days to finish the kitchen and keep calling our fitter back. Just ridiculous. I’ve added some photos of the damages to items below, we only went with Wren because of their 0% finance and I’d never consider them again. Save your money, wait, and go to Howdens where they’ll replace damaged items on the same day for you. After all these issues we never received any offer of an apology or a partial refund from Wren, it’s a miracle they’re still in business in my opinion - no wonder a lot of fitters refuse to work with them.

Horrible service, should have stayed with Sharps. while the staff at the Farnborough location did try to want to help but after 2 months of me having to chase constantly the Muhammad from the head office (customer installations team) did not even have the courtesy to discuss about the final decision. He was all ears on the first call after 50 days of no action, only to keep passing on the blame to other teams and reasoned that he is new and not sure why the place worked the way it is (i.e he agreed Wren isn't good with their customer service in terms of actioning concerns). Wren, horrible service and worst customer management.

I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the way my warranty claim has been handled. We noticed a chip on one of our kitchen doors and, rather than immediately requesting a replacement, we genuinely tried to repair it ourselves in the hope of avoiding the inconvenience and delay of ordering a new door. Unfortunately, the repair wasn’t successful, so we attempted to order a replacement through the Wren app. We were then told the damage was “accidental” and therefore not covered, despite this not being the case. What has frustrated me even more was my experience with the manager at the Wren Farnborough showroom. When we purchased our kitchen, we were specifically told by our sales advisor that if we ever had any questions or issues, we could contact her. That is exactly what I was trying to do. I called the Farnborough showroom to ask whether they could help or contact the relevant team on my behalf regarding a replacement door, as this was the advice we had been given when purchasing our kitchen. It was a perfectly reasonable question. Unfortunately, the manager at the Farnborough showroom was extremely rude from the moment he answered the phone. There was no professional greeting, his tone was dismissive throughout, and he even appeared to mock the reason for my call. I was already feeling frustrated with the situation and was simply looking for advice and assistance. Instead of trying to help or de-escalate the situation, he made it considerably worse. I came away from the call feeling even more frustrated and upset simply because of the way I had been spoken to. Whether he could resolve my issue or not is completely irrelevant. If he wasn’t able to resolve the issue himself, that could have been explained professionally. Instead, his attitude was dismissive, unhelpful and unprofessional, and he failed to provide the level of customer service I would expect from someone managing the Farnborough showroom. I am disappointed with the below standard of customer service I received. I hope Wren reviews both the decision regarding our replacement door and the conduct of the manager at the Farnborough showroom.
