Samia was our designer, she listened to our needs, what we wanted, and when we were showed the design we were so pleased with the result. We have a difficult alcove and chimney on one wall that was going to be tricky but Samia came up trumps and made it work. Thank you so much.

They must have an excellent company sick pay policy as everyone is always off sick when you have an appointment booked so I would be happy to work for them but they don’t need your business. Been 4 weeks since they’ve cancelled our appointment and no contact since then. They must have enough business that they don’t need my £15k for a new kitchen so please go to John Lewis who will provide you with excellent service and have now got our new kitchen on order

My parents had a kitchen installed, spent a fortune on it and so many mistakes were made by magnets and now my parents have been left with an extractor fan which doesn’t work and no one at magnets is returning their calls. It’s despicable, they do not care about their customers. Avoid at all costs. You can tell they don’t care about customers as they don’t respond to complaints so good luck if you go ahead with them as they will make mistakes and you’ll have no way to rectify their mess as they have made it impossible to complain and offer zero customer service once you sign the contract. You’ve been warned. Don’t do it.
