Found the staff more helpful and better at kitchen design than other suppliers and they are very helpful and were flexible when the installation was behind schedule. Kitchen supplies are also good quality
- ADAlan DawkinsJan 22, 20231.0Having brought our kitchen 3 years ago , it's still not finished because of shoddy cabinets that keep falling to pieces . Numerous other problems with the kitchen. Poor workmanship . Poor customer services .ie : numerous visits to the showroom with conversations with manager and staff members all promising to sort the problems out . Promises of phone calls and emails and th ey don't happen . Promises from the warranty team are going to be in touch with us and that doesn't happen , it's all absolutely disgusting with no promising outcome. Maybe when your going to be sued by our solicitor for breach of contract and breach of warranty contract you might pull your fingers out of your arses and do something about it . We paid you £16, 000 got a promise of a Beautiful kitchen snf we haven't got one. Not just a kitchen a floor also and that fell to pieces because it wasn't fitted properly, how much more do we have to have to put up with !!! EASTLEIGH store its very poor ,
