  Axel was brilliant and really helped me find the perfect wardrobe/desk combo for my awkwardly shaped bedroom. Super resourceful and found solutions to all my problems, amazed with the result, thank you 🙏😊

  Avoid Wren Kitchens at all costs. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They delivered all the wardrobe boxes to my house and completely failed to install it as agreed. They missed the original installation date, rescheduled, and then didn’t show up again — no accountability, no explanation. It has now been over two weeks and I am still left with large, heavy boxes taking over my home. This is not just inconvenient, it is dangerous — especially with children and pets around. We have repeatedly told them we are willing to wait for installation, but asked them at the very least to collect the boxes. They have completely ignored this request. Communication is a joke. I have to chase them every single day. They promise callbacks that never happen. No updates, no ownership, no resolution. It feels like once you place the order, they simply stopped caring. Trying to escalate the issue is impossible — there is no one available, no manager, no accountability whatsoever. For a company that claims to have high standards of customer service in the UK, this is honestly shocking. Unprofessional, unreliable, and unsafe. Do not trust them with your money or home.

  Recently had our bedroom fitted out by Wren Basingstoke The whole experience from Design to fitting was excellent and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a bespoke service. Our designer, Amber, competently guided us through our initial thoughts, added helpful suggestions and crystallised it all into a practical layout. We had several iterations and refinements due to the Wren site survey and changes in our requirements, Nothing was too much effort and changes were eagerly incorporated into our final design.. The standard of the furniture and fitting was way above my expectations. The drawers were of metal construction not plastic and the fitter was excellent. The room was cleaned, left very tidy and all the packing and waste was collected and removed. All in all, it was a 5 star experience. We’re very happy with the quality, the products and the service and I would highly recommend Wren to anyone. A very grateful and satisfied customer.

  The kitchen we have bought through them is beautiful and I love it, but after it has been installed and they received money for it they stopped caring whatsoever. We had few minor issues after the kitchen was installed and there is just not interest from their side to resolve anything. Disappointing.
