  We visited Wren Kitchens Basingstoke to look at their bedroom furniture. I popped back to check a few details and met with Ellie V. A credit to the company. Friendly and knowledgeable. Super quick helping us get a quote. Placed the order the same day. This review is more for Ellie than the company, although I'm sure our order and fit will be great.

  Avoid if you can! We went in for the showroom design appointment and were initially pleased with how it went. The original project was out of our budget but the designer thought to then sell it to us without the installation (which was 1/3rd of the price!), saying everything is pre cut and it's basically like putting together IKEA furniture. We went with that. Once our delivery arrived, we realised this was the furthest from the truth and the designer just said what he thought will get him the sale. I then called the showroom to express my surprise and ask if I can purchase the installation now (so, offering to give them more money) and the Wren person practically shouted at me for not knowing we'd need a saw for the installation and said we can't get their installation post-purchase. To quote how he ended that: "I don't know what you want me to do, it's your problem". I would not have a problem if they didn't lie to us to make the sale. The worst customer experience ever, I wish I had paid more attention to 1* reviews here. The positives are that the furniture does seem to be good quality, we found a lovely local carpenter who helped us at short notice and who will now build and fit our kitchen, and we had fun building the wardrobe with our friends. BUT for a week, we had boxes and planks in one of our children's rooms, making it unusable and posing risk to two small children. We will definitely never buy from Wren again.

  Nightmare delivery of a Wren kitchen. Delivery team deemed 4 different delivery options as "insecure" and left our whole kitchen at the kurb. Several items damaged as well. Delivery team was absolutely unqualified for the job. Would not use. Update 22/08/26: Wren had four different delivery options and all were deemed unsafe. A previous visit two days before from a Wren employee did not see any problem for the delivery. The delivery drivers carried out risk assessments (!!!) as they were unable to make decisions themselves. Absolut irresponsible and unqualified for the task. Our furniture was left in the building dust. We did claim damaged parts via the app. But customer services is bombarding us with phone calls to save their reputation, not to say sorry or reimburse us. A lot of lies here from Wren, no excuses and loading all responsibility on the customer. Stay away from Wren! Update 14/1026: Still waiting for replacements for damaged parts and customer service is not reachable. Ournlast replacement arrived completely damaged and we refused acceptance. No excuse from Wren, no reimbursement for our hassle, no contact or help from our kitchen designer Martin. We had plans to do our utility room with them as well, but obviously went with a different company now.

  We had a great experience with Amber at Wren Kitchens Basingstoke while designing our wardrobe. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole design process smooth and stress-free. Amber was always quick to respond and ensured we were happy with every detail throughout the process. We really appreciated her knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service. We would definitely recommend Amber to anyone looking for help with designing their wardrobe. Thank you for providing such a fantastic service

  Amber was fantastic throughout our Wren wardrobe design process. She made everything feel seamless from start to finish and was always patient, helpful and professional. We met a few times before making our final decision, and the VRC experience really helped us visualise the bedroom and feel confident in our choices. Her emails and follow-ups were clear and well organised, and we felt supported throughout. Thank you, Amber, for making the whole experience so positive.
