  5-Star Service! I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen and the incredible service I received from the Howdens staff. I would just like to thank the following people who I dealt with personally : Nash who designed the kitchen and heads the team at Armstrong way Southall, Vimal, Milan, Tony, Kumal and Mandeep who heads the warehouse team, Uday & George and if there is anyone I have missed out please forgive me. They were all very helpful and professional from the initial design all the way through to the end of the project. Nothing was too much trouble, and their expertise really showed at every stage. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares about your project, I can't recommend them enough.

  Spent 9k on kitchen was told its the best quality. After month a few of the doors had bubbles and they sent someone out and he admitted there is something wrong no one contacted me for 2 months and now they have a rude manager in place called Peter who advised the guy they sent out is not qualified and if I want someone to check there faulty doors I have to pay OMG that was ridiculous and he put the phone down on me because he was making no sense and trying to get me to do his work to chase with head office but happy to take money and call me everyday to order. I would recommend to go wren or someone else Howdens are scammers and warranty is load of rubbish and don't get back to you for months I have wasted my money and these doors are terrible quality and breaking are crackling already and the branch is not willing to help at all. They also need to give a course to Peter the manager on how to handle situations like this and not hang up on customers. Update - As you can see the below response from Howden its been over a week and no one has contacted me.

  Can be a frustrating experience. I ordered some edging strip three months ago and paid for it. First of all they ordered the wrong colour. Since they ordered the right colour, I went back in three times to be told it hadn't arrived and would be ordered. The last time I was told they would ring me when it arrived. Never heard back. So I went back in and this time I was told they can't order it because it's discontinued. Utterly bizarre behavior. What makes it all worse is, you are told this news by staff in a tone that suggests that you are mad, and it is impossible to have ordered it three times already. (Despite the fact that I had a handful of the various documents I'd been given over the course of the saga.) You just get blank looks and treated like an idiot for suggesting otherwise. It's actually quite unpleasant. To cap it all, when I admitted defeat and just asked for a refund, they would only give me store credit. Yeah...like I wanna shop there again.
