  Our project includes kitchen, Island,utility room , 3 wardrobes . I’m very disappointed the way Peter, Chris and Ellis treated us. Chris designed our kitchen.I called to complete the final quote and to pay but Chris was off and Ellis placed an order for us instead but he did it in green. We went back to add something into our order and Chris realized it was in wrong color . I had to stay with Chris for him to change the order to charcoal.Monday 20th October builders started fitting and found out that the kitchen and utility room’s doors came in dove gray instead of charcoal. I called many times was told to wait for call back no one did I went to the store I met Peter first time. I was taken to the warehouse site and he pointed out on the top shelves and told our order is there in the right color .They made mistakes when loading. Chris and Ellis came with delivery next day (Tuesday) list what to take back and replaced some units for us. They found out on that day that past of wardrobe missing and the whole utility room missing . Builders were told they will deliver every missing items first thing next day ( Wednesday) but nothing was delivered . We found the kitchen was wrong end of Oct and got everything for all end of Dec. I spoke to Perer( Howsden putney’s manger) and to Howsden main office. I won’t be using them again. They will lose customers as I will warn my family and friends to visit this place. Hope new customers read my review and do not let them treat you like us.

  As a trade professional, I found this branch to be very helpful, they have a great team, Kasia was helping me design a complex kitchen and is very knowledgeable on fine details and has good product knowledge, Peter the branch manager is very professional and also helped me with some intricate kitchen elements also helped me find solutions, the staff are super can’t ask for more

  Desperately poor customer service. Happy to take my money for an entire kitchen but are now stonewalling me as "I don't have an account" Hang on, you sold me a kitchen though? They then try to deny it ever happened despite me sending over all the evidence. Okay, fine, I'll open an account then...nope, not interested. Utterly bizarre behaviour; they sell stuff, I want to buy more stuff. That's not what they do though!

  Small showroom with limited displays and a large warehouse. Has a counter for building supplies, tools and a design studio. No nearby free parking and 2 minutes from East Putney Underground.

  Appalled at the customer service. I ordered 2 internal doors on the Wed to be available for collection on the Sat. On Sat I attempted calling from 0800 to arrange collection time - it took multiple attempts and over an hour later before they answered. I was told whilst they can see it in the system - no one actually pressed order. They unhelpfully suggested I hire a van and drive to 2 different Howdens depots to collect the doors (a round trip of nearly 2 hours and a huge expense for van hire)! They were unwilling to coordinate getting the two doors to Putney using their drivers or even getting them to 1 depot rather than 2. SHOCKING SERVICE
