- MJMichael JohnstonJan 6, 20231.0I have never experienced such bad communication and failure to follow up on anything in my life, it’s been a constant battle to try and use their services and give them money. I have finally given up. I was put in touch with Howdens Dulwich branch in September 22 as I want a new kitchen and bathroom in my flat. It took over a month before I got a response to arrange the design appointment, then a month again for the next response. I finally got an appointment at the start of November, then despite constant chasing and promises over the phone that Vinnie the kitchen designer would be in touch within 24 hours (this was promised about 10 times over the phone and emails are unanswered for months now) I still have heard nothing. I am completely put off working with Howdens (this is my first and last experience with them) and regret being put in touch with them as it has put the renovation of my new flat back by months. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service.
