Howdens helped supply us with a VERY nice laminate (look like wood) top which worked with IKEA's cabinet measurements. We purchased two kitchen tops for a good price and were told we could come back with them if they didn't fit the kitchen. When we came back to purchase the end strip they gave it to us for free! The people working there were very helpful and genuinely were trying to help us find the right measurements for our kitchen. Also, they were giving us free breakfast vouchers for anyone who made a purchase. I got a very good impression of Howdens and the people working in Bermondsey branch.
- JMJohn McNameeMar 10, 20161.0Non existent customer service will not replace new faulty appliances and consumers cannot buy consumables for Howdens products as they are a trade only company. There is little to no savings using Howdens compared to the other main kitchen manufactures Wren Magnet etc you just get no warranty or guarantee on anything you have had from this company as they pass you onto the builder who fitted the kitchen who passes you back to Howdens etc. Wayne the manager at the Bermondsey store is close to useless does not return calls emails or respond to complaints. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do you fit kitchens?
Howdens supplies products, we do not fit. The only fitting service we have is for solid surfaces. Your local depot can help you with finding someone if you don't know where to start.

Do you have any showrooms?
We don’t have showrooms; however, we have 800+ Howdens depots around the country where members of the public can view any ranges, products, and samples. Our depots can be busy, so we recommend calling ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment.
