I have paid them over a substantial amount of money directly from my own account and they refuse to send me a receipt as they only "deal with builders" It would seem a simple thing to me produce a document marked "Invoice" or just "Receipt" with my own name and address at the top listing the items I have bought and the amount I have paid ...
- MMMansoor MalikJun 20, 20251.0As another person mentioned Howdens Balham kitchen designers are not competent enough, they have wrongly measured our kitchen, ordered the wrong specifications kitchen and refused to take any responsibility. Not only the entire experience has been nothing but just a nightmare starting from account opening to kitchen design to wrong size doors, wrong sink, rude staff and poor customer service. I have used other branches in the past but this Balham branch has got to be the worst in terms of competence and professionalism. Will take my business elsewhere from now on
