- CSClare StokesApr 1, 20265.0I recently had my kitchen completed by Wren, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, Alex in the showroom was incredibly helpful with the design. He took the time to go through different colour options and cupboard styles with me, making sure I explored all possibilities to get the look exactly right. The whole process was made incredibly easy, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Measurements were carefully checked twice by both the surveyor and the kitchen fitter, which gave me real confidence that everything would be spot on—and it was. The delivery team were excellent—helpful, polite, and right on time. They took great care bringing everything into the property, checked all items thoroughly, and left clear details on who to contact in case anything was missing or damaged (which, thankfully, wasn’t needed). A special mention has to go to Matt, my kitchen fitter, who was absolutely fantastic. He was clean, tidy, and professional throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He completed the kitchen within the agreed timeframe and did an amazing job. There was one cupboard door missing, but Wren resolved this immediately and arranged delivery on the final day of installation to avoid any delays, which really shows their commitment to great service. Overall, a brilliant experience and a high-quality finish—would highly recommend!
