  I recently had my kitchen completed by Wren, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, Alex in the showroom was incredibly helpful with the design. He took the time to go through different colour options and cupboard styles with me, making sure I explored all possibilities to get the look exactly right. The whole process was made incredibly easy, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Measurements were carefully checked twice by both the surveyor and the kitchen fitter, which gave me real confidence that everything would be spot on—and it was. The delivery team were excellent—helpful, polite, and right on time. They took great care bringing everything into the property, checked all items thoroughly, and left clear details on who to contact in case anything was missing or damaged (which, thankfully, wasn’t needed). A special mention has to go to Matt, my kitchen fitter, who was absolutely fantastic. He was clean, tidy, and professional throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He completed the kitchen within the agreed timeframe and did an amazing job. There was one cupboard door missing, but Wren resolved this immediately and arranged delivery on the final day of installation to avoid any delays, which really shows their commitment to great service. Overall, a brilliant experience and a high-quality finish—would highly recommend!

  Met with many companies for bedroom furniture. Wren were exceptional and Liam James was brilliant in helping us with our two bedroom designs. We’re going to go back for two other rooms. Thanks Liam.

  Very pleased with all aspects of the service from Wren, we had a really positive experience and all staff were great from in store, delivery and customer service phone line. As a family we are over the moon with our kitchen.

  Unbelievably bad after sales care. The only thing that has gone smoothly with this kitchen is the purchasing and ordering in the showroom. Our kitchen planner, Kay, was excellent and very professional. The kitchen was delivered in August and fitting commenced around the end of August. The worktops were delivered by J.Rotherham's on 7th October and unfortunately the piece of marble for the kitchen island had cracked in transit, there were also no upstands delivered. When the kitchen fitter attempted to connect the sink Wren's had sent the wrong taps - they had sent a double tap unit when the marble had been cut for a mixer tap. Wrens say this is Rotherham's problem Rotherham's say its Wren's. We requested a new tap from Wrens, seemed simple enough but here 2 weeks on nothing has arrived and they claim to know nothing about it. Rotherham's are used by Wren's and we had no direct dealings with them, I strongly feel it is Wren's responsibility to put this right. Our contract was with them but having sold us the kitchen they seem completely uninterested in helping to get it finished. We still have no usable sink or running water in our kitchen.1 star only purely for the designer in the first instance.
