Had a design done with Charlotte this week, I found her knowledge and humour made for a real fantastic appointment. The design she came up with was innovative and different to the other suppliers I’ve been too, and her quote was very reasonable.
Looking forward to moving forward and placing my order with her.

On our first visit, a young female sales consultant was helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the older male designer we were given an appointment with was both rude and sloppy in his work. He made several glaring mistakes that we had to point out! We were given an inefficient, rushed and uninspiring design, and left the showroom with no confidence in the service. The two stars is for his colleague and a tidy showroom. He gets none. They lost a probable sale because of him.

Although we didn’t proceed with Magnet for our kitchen we would just like to praise the excellent service we received.
The Gloucester team and in particular Joe were great with us. Flexible, patient and professional. Magent kitchens are of high quality with some unique designs and functionality. They were also competitively priced (we had half a dozen quotes) especially with their financing options.
