- SHSajid HussainJun 4, 20261.0I bought a new kitchen from wren kitchens, team valley branch, met a designer called David Dawson who misled us as first time buyers the designer told us multiple lies that plastering/electric/gas works is included within the price plan when nothing was included. I was given wrong advice by designers, my worktop was undersized when all measurement were took by their designers. My wife tried her best explaining the issues to the customer care team but nothing was resolved. My Corner cupboard was missing the total structure of my kitchen was changed, all is messed up now left me with half a kitchen!!! My sink was also changed, not the one I picked. Have lots of other issues on stand by! customer care team is not helpful at all. The branch is backed up by the customer care team even when doing fraud sales. Now I am taking the company to court for making fraud sales, bluffing customers and misleading them throughout the process.
