  Cupboard for kitchen didn’t fit as it was too wide by 40cm…. Customer service pretty much said they cant make it smaller as cupboard design that way…. Also splash board didn’t fit…. Which makes me wonder why people even came to measure the kitchen in the first place

  Visited today at around 11:30am and was greeted at the front desk by a gentleman with a horrible attitude who clearly didn't think we (my younger brother and I) were meant to be there. He felt the need to quiz us as to our intentions then remind us condescendingly that it was a kitchen and bedroom showroom, as if we weren't welcome to come and look around. When he came to check on us 5 minutes later and I informed him I had just had an offer accepted on a house and was thinking of changing some things his attitude swiftly changed. We also spoke to a woman while we were there who was much nicer and who gave us a welcome bag with some brochures. While she asked many of the same questions as the guy from the front desk, she had a much better attitude. Should I decide to change anything in the new house it most certainly will not be through this showroom. *Edit 12/7 - was asked to email Wren and did so. Email was ignored. It appears it's not just in store customer service that's lacking!*

  I chose wren Kirkcaldy to supply my new kitchen & worked closely with Samar Tariq to design. The time & effort she took with me was fantastic advising or answering any queries I had to making sure the kitchen looked amazing. All of the wren staff & installation team were very professional which made the project more enjoyable. If anyone is looking to use wren Kirkcaldy I can recommend Samar to take care of the design process she is a real credit to the branch Thanks Samar 😃

  We were going for a wee browse round the shops and the assistant wouldn't leave us alone. Kept asking if we had an appointment and what we were looking for. Wasn't aware you couldn't just walk round a shop! He actually followed us and asked again if it was a kitchen we were looking for and we could make an appointment. Believe me, if I wanted a kitchen and not just a wee look, I wouldn't buy anything from there. Overbearing!

  From start to finish the whole experience was very professional. Our designer, Imran was first class in his field and knowledgeable in all aspects. Questions and issues were quickly dealt with. First class, well done Wren and Imran
