  I chose wren Kirkcaldy to supply my new kitchen & worked closely with Samar Tariq to design. The time & effort she took with me was fantastic advising or answering any queries I had to making sure the kitchen looked amazing. All of the wren staff & installation team were very professional which made the project more enjoyable. If anyone is looking to use wren Kirkcaldy I can recommend Samar to take care of the design process she is a real credit to the branch Thanks Samar 😃

  Our first kitchen install with Wren ended up being a shambles! The design side was great. Fitting was terrible. Customer service afterwards was shoddy!!! I don’t know why I considered them again. But I did. I know I’m stupid. I went to get some wardrobes priced up. Again design service was great. Fitting and after care is awful. The moment they have your cash everything is directed as being a customer issue. There is never an acceptance they’ve made an error. Honestly. It’s just not worth the hassle. Proceed with caution. It’s a shame. The product is half decent - customer support is lacking. The communication between local shop and central customer services appears to happen via carrier pigeon it’s so slow! I’m done with the this time and will be rejecting the product and asking for it to be uninstalled.

  I honestly can’t recommend Wren Kitchens Kirkcaldy highly enough after working with them repeatedly for my rental properties — and in particular Imran, who has been absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. From the very first kitchen we designed together, it was clear I was dealing with someone who genuinely knows his craft. Imran doesn’t just throw together a generic layout — he actually listens, understands the property, the budget, the target tenant, and then produces designs that are both visually impressive and incredibly practical. For rental properties especially, that balance is crucial, and he consistently gets it spot on. What really stands out is how easy he is to work with. Property projects can be stressful, timelines can be tight, and plans often change, yet nothing ever feels like a problem. Whether I need quick adjustments, alternative layouts, cost-effective tweaks, or advice on durability and finishes, Imran is always patient, responsive, and solution-focused. His communication is clear, honest, and refreshingly straightforward — something that is rare and hugely appreciated when juggling multiple renovations. The designs themselves have been superb. Every kitchen has looked modern, well thought out, and perfectly suited to the space. He has a great eye for maximising awkward layouts and smaller rooms, which is incredibly valuable in rental properties where every bit of space matters. The end results always look far more high-end than you’d expect for the budget, which adds real value to the properties. Another thing I’ve really appreciated is his understanding of cost control. There’s never any pressure to overspend. Instead, he helps me make smart choices — where it’s worth investing a bit more and where savings can be made without compromising the overall finish. That kind of practical, real-world advice is invaluable for anyone doing multiple properties. On top of all that, the overall experience with the Kirkcaldy showroom has been consistently positive — welcoming staff, smooth ordering process, and reliable delivery. It’s become my go-to place whenever I’m planning a new kitchen because I know the process will be efficient and the outcome will be excellent. In short, Imran has been a huge part of making my renovation projects run smoothly. His professionalism, creativity, and easygoing approach remove a lot of the usual headaches that come with these types of jobs. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in getting the best result for you, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second. Absolutely first-class service and design every time.

  I wasn’t sure at first whether I wanted to go with Wren, but Imran made the decision easy. He guided me through everything without any pressure, clearly explaining what was possible from my architectural drawings and happily adjusting designs to suit my needs and requirements. He also came up with some brilliant suggestions I hadn’t even considered. My parents got a kitchen from Wren last year, and their experience was seamless from start to finish, which increased my confidence. Imran truly knows what he’s talking about, and it shows in the way he works. Although my order hasn’t yet been delivered and I may still make the odd change, he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in moving forward. I didn’t hesitate to put a deposit down, not just for a kitchen, but for bedrooms too. Wren are extremely lucky to have Imran. He is a real asset to the business and works with such passion that it genuinely felt like he owned a part of Wren. I can see why Imran won an award for being Wren’s best designer, so if you go in-store and want a great start-to-finish service, I would definitely suggest asking for Imran.

  ++Warning++ Dream Kitchen, Wren Kitchen Nightmare. Measurements like you ordered from Wish to TEMU Avoid at all costs: My parents, both in their 70s, ordered a kitchen from Wren expecting a like-for-like replacement of their existing kitchen. Unfortunately, the experience has been very difficult and remains unresolved months later. The designer had many years of experience, so my parents trusted their advice. At no point were they told that the new kitchen would be smaller than their original one. It only became clear once installation began that the kitchen was around 500mm shorter, leaving gaps and an impractical layout. My parents did not choose smaller units. They relied on the wren's expertise and assumed “like-for-like” meant the kitchen would be at least the same overall size unless clearly explained otherwise. They appreciated that some legal requirements like corner posts for the bottom cabinets would reduce the size of one cabinet, but not the overall design. Since early December, they have effectively been without a proper kitchen. They’ve had to rely on makeshift cooking arrangements and help from family, which has been especially hard given ongoing health issues. What should have been a positive home improvement has turned into a long and stressful process. We raised the issue as soon as it became apparent. Only after challenging the design did the designer confirm that larger units and a larger sink had always been possible, which was frustrating as these options were not offered originally. Wren’s response has focused heavily on paperwork and contracts, with the issue described as a “change of mind” rather than addressing why the kitchen was designed smaller in the first place. While we understand contracts are important, consumers are also entitled to rely on professional advice and expect services to be carried out with reasonable care and clarity. Signing paperwork should not override those basic consumer rights, particularly when dealing with major purchases. An internal investigation did not provide clear answers, and the final outcome has been that my parents are expected to pay extra to correct the design, offered at a discounted rate as a goodwill gesture. Overall, the lack of clarity, accountability and support — particularly for elderly customers relying on professional guidance — has been disappointing. I would encourage anyone considering Wren to ask very clear questions and make sure they fully understand every aspect of the design before proceeding.
