Working closely with us on our initial ideas and design, she created an outstanding final plan which was within our budget. Although a project of this magnitude can be lengthy and fairly disruptive at times, we are incredibly happy and satisfied with the finished result and the overall quality of the product. Thank you again to Fleur and the team in Magnet Uckfield :-)
- ACAntony ChuterFeb 12, 20231.0We spent over £12,000 having kitchen units supplied for our builder to fit. One 600 wide draw unit didn't fit and we wanted to return it and replace it with a 500 wide draw unit. We paid over £500 for the new draw unit and they would not take back the 600. Also some very expensive wood was supplied to support the sink and they would not take that back either. I would have given a reasonable review but for these matters. Terrible after sales attitude for a company to have towards customers. I do not recomend Magnet Kitchens. Update: Someone contacted me from a head office, said they would try to do something about the return of the 500 unit but then never called back. Good that they reached out but Poor that they didn't deliver on any solution.
