- JJjustinSep 28, 20265.0We were a little hesitant about going through Wren because some of the online reviews we'd seen. Well, im glad to say our fears were completely unfounded. The designer was excellent, and the service he provided exceeded expectations. Having originally been involved in the wider building industry in Eastbourne, i was well aware of the options I had locally. Everything turned up as planned, well packaged and undamaged when it was supposed to. I fitted it myself without issue. As someone who owned a local business once ill say this. 99% of the time, everything goes well and everyone is happy. It's only those that arnt that moan publicly. This has been our experience with Wren, Eastbourne.

Is a Wren kitchen design service free?
Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items. Please report any of these issues through your Wren account which can be found on �My Account� page on the website or the Wren app. Please visit our website for further details.
