- BBbrettsurfer9Mar 15, 20241.0I have had an issue with my kitchen some four months after being installed. To say communication with the store has been appalling would be a massive understatement. I have given them video evidence. Three months later and still no resolution. Each time I visit the store I’m given another reason why the matter hadn’t been addressed and no apology for their woeful customer service. I’ve now written to Magnet’s head office with the original video evidence and an extensive list of their post customer service!

You are just told to start the booking process online from scratch even though there are no appointments available online for weeks. Have lost our business due to this.
