Howard at Magnet Loughton spent a lot of time with us across several visits on the design of a new kitchen that formed part of a house extension. Nothing was too much trouble and he provided both good advice and great solutions to solve problems as the design progressed. He was very patient with our questions and adopted a very honest and open approach. Certainly would hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
