  We have recently purchased a new kitchen from Wren Harlow. Rahim helped us to design a kitchen that not only suits our lifestyle but looks amazing too. Rahim has excellent interpersonal skills and was extremely professional throughout the design process. From the preliminary stage of finding out what we wanted from our kitchen to producing CAD drawings of each elevation of the new space we felt that Rahim treated us with complete respect and understanding. He was only too pleased to edit and modify our plans and he has been absolutely brilliant when unit replacements have been needed or other matters dealt with.

  My partner and I have used Wren twice now first for our kitchen, and then again for our wardrobes and on both occasions we had the pleasure of working with Adrianna Makowiecka as our designer. We honestly cannot speak highly enough of Adrianna. We absolutely love both our kitchen and wardrobes, and we couldn’t be happier with the final results. Adrianna took the time during every appointment to really listen to what we wanted, paying close attention to every detail to create such beautiful designs that suited us perfectly. She was always welcoming, offered refreshments at each visit, and made every appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. Her patience and professionalism really stood out, especially as my partner and I know we are not always the easiest clients! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her she was incredibly understanding, thorough, and even stayed late for us on one occasion to make sure everything was right. Because of how positive our experience has been, we genuinely wouldn’t want to use another designer in the future. Adrianna is not only an amazing designer but also a lovely person, and we are so grateful for all her hard work. We will always choose to work with her again.

  Do yourself a favour and look anywhere else than this place. As a consumer, I have never had a worst experience in my life buying anything before. Rahim Mohammed designed our kitchen - When I asked for a brochure online, he took the liberty to start calling me non stop every single day despite the fact I told him I have not bought the house yet and couldn't design a kitchen yet (his calls only stopped when I blocked his number). When I went for a design, he was great and happy to take our money - After we paid the deposit, the communications stop. At fitting time, I get to find out that Rahim made multiple changes to the approved kitchen design and charged us for things that were not in the initial design - He also forgot to add a lot of items that were asked for during design time and tried to charge us for those later on. All his mistakes took the kitchen fitting from 3 days to 15 days - where I had no kitchen in the meantime. They delivered multiple wrong items and broken items - And I was left on my own to figure it out with their customer support team, who I was on the phone with for 3h38m adding up all the calls together - Which is nice, given Rahim did not reply to ANY of my emails or phone calls, neither did he apologise for the mistakes he made. They overcharge you for a fitting, and later on you need to pay more for the fitting team that comes in - so you are paying twice for the fitting. When I asked Wren for a price breakdown of the fitting, they refuse to provide it - Which just means their costs are made up to scam people. The only good thing about this was their outsourced fitting team, who was incredible - But they are not Wren employees. If you would like a nice kitchen and no stress - go somewhere else

  I am absolutely delighted with the service we received from Wren Kitchens in Harlow. A special mention has to go to our designer, Liam. He is an amazing person—extremely patient, highly knowledgeable, and with excellent taste. He kept the design simple yet stunning, and honestly, he probably converted us from just window shopping into booking our dream kitchen. Liam also connected us with who must be the best fitter around— Roy. I have never seen anyone so passionate and dedicated to their job. The attention to detail and pride in his work really showed. Thank you, Liam, for all your help, advice, and guidance in giving us our dream kitchen. We couldn’t be happier!

  Very pleased with our kitchen and especially with rahim his help with designing the kitchen and us kept changing things he was so helpfull would really recommend using him if you want a kitchen designed brilliant service threw out can’t fault them one little bit brilliant
