  Excellent and well laid out displays showing a big range of kitchen options. Very helpful and polite staff who are not at all pushy. Great design service too. Prices are quite keen. Nice quality appliances and sundries.

  I had an amazing experience purchasing both my bedroom and kitchen from Ibby. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The management team were incredibly helpful, professional, and always happy to answer any questions I had. A special thank you to Fatma, who went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. She truly is a credit to the business.

  I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen! My Kitchen Designer, Fatma Mustafa, was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From our very first consultation, she took the time to walk me through every detail of the design journey, explaining each step clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Her expertise, patience, and incredible attention to detail turned what could have been an overwhelming project into an exciting and seamless experience. Fatma truly went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. The turnaround time was remarkably fast—I ordered the kitchen and received it just two weeks later on the 5th of August. On top of that, the delivery team was also fantastic; they arrived right on schedule, handled everything with great care, and were incredibly professional. If you are looking to design a kitchen, I cannot recommend Fatma and the team highly enough!

  Initially, the sales experience was fantastic. Our kitchen designer was enthusiastic, friendly, and seemed completely invested in helping us create our dream kitchen. Unfortunately, the moment money exchanged hands, the entire experience turned into a complete nightmare. ​Here are the main issues we encountered: ​Flat-Packed Instead of Assembled: We explicitly discussed and requested assembled units, but the kitchen arrived flat-packed. We ended up spending three frustrating days assembling everything ourselves. ​Missing Worktop Grooves: When the worktop installers arrived, the drainer grooves next to the sink—which were specifically discussed during planning—had been completely left off the order, resulting in extra charges and hassle. ​Appalling Customer Service: When I contacted customer support to resolve these issues, the staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I was condescendingly told that I "should have thoroughly read through the 85-page contract document" to spot THEIR errors. ​Zero Accountability: When customer services finally looked into our complaints, the designer denied all knowledge of our conversations. It feels entirely like a classic case of a salesperson telling us whatever we wanted to hear just to secure the sale, only to wash their hands of us the second the deposit was paid. ​It’s a classic "my word against theirs" situation, and instead of backing the customer or taking responsibility for their designer’s oversights, Wren chose to hide behind boilerplate paperwork and dismiss us entirely. ​I am disgusted by how we have been treated after spending a significant amount of money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your kitchen — once they have your money, you are completely on your own.
