  I did not enter the store, I was waiting outside for someone. However, I had a negative experience with a security staff member who confronted me in an aggressive manner, which led to an unnecessary argument. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the situation. Because of this experience, I will not be visiting this store again. I hope the management reviews how customers are approached outside the premises to prevent similar situations in the future. I hope management takes appropriate action to ensure better customer interactions in the future.

  What a great experience in the Basildon showroom 👏🏽 Fatma and the team really helped me through the process of buying my new kitchen. I was nervous of the scale of the project at first but they really helped me thanks guys 🤗

  Promised an easy refundable deposit- cancelled four days after ordering, still waiting for that deposit. Finally got through to customer services who said the order was never cancelled. avoid at all costs.

  Be careful when ordering through Wren. Spoke to my kitchen designer a few times and before finalising my kitchen. We checked in to make sure everything was ordered to how I wanted my kitchen. Turns out that the designer changed my order just before I signed documents and also when I had the worktop people round to sign for Aspen ice they knew straight away there was going to be an issue when they saw starburst worktop, especially when they saw who the kitchen designer was as it happens on a regular basis with that particular designer. We had the wrong tap ordered, didn’t have splashback added to order so ended up spending more money. Was assured my referral cheque would be with me in the next 3 months, 5 months later still nothing. No after care as soon as the kitchen has been delivered. Still awaiting for Wren to get back to me after sending an email out from this review!

  Absolutely shocking customer service from Fatma. Requested a refund of our deposit paid within the cooling off period, well within our rights, Fatma the store manager was only responsive when trying to sell us the kitchen or attempting to keep the sale. Took multiple emails and ignored phone calls for Wren to refund us a month after the initial request.
