  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Wren Kitchens Basildon. Lewis was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process, taking the time to help us get everything right. We also accidentally drilled the wrong holes for the handles on one of our doors, and Wren were fantastic about it. They happily arranged a replacement door for us, which we really appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. A big thank you to Lewis and the Wren Basildon team. Highly recommended — 5 stars!

  Sadly, there is no option to give Wren Kitchens zero stars, because that would be my rating. Our experience with Wren Kitchens has been extremely disappointing. The designer ordered one grey cabinet even though the rest of our kitchen is white. We were then told that this was our fault because we apparently should have checked everything ourselves. While customers should obviously check their orders, I would expect the designer to get the basic colour specification right in the first place. We also purchased the kitchen through a company, but the contract was initially prepared in an individual's name. We specifically asked for this to be corrected before signing the agreement. The salesperson told us that it would be changed afterwards, so we proceeded. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be true, and the contract was never changed as promised. To make matters worse, the inside edges of one of the cabinet doors have started coming away from the frame. As for customer service, don't bother calling or emailing unless you enjoy wasting your time. Getting issues resolved has been extremely difficult and frustrating. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from Wren Kitchens if you have another option. For comparison, we have used IKEA for kitchens previously and had no issues. Yes, you have to assemble the furniture yourself, but if you're comfortable following instructions, it's straightforward—and in our experience, the overall process was much less stressful. Very disappointing service and quality. I would not use Wren Kitchens again.

  I had an amazing experience purchasing both my bedroom and kitchen from Ibby. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The management team were incredibly helpful, professional, and always happy to answer any questions I had. A special thank you to Fatma, who went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. She truly is a credit to the business.

  I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen! My Kitchen Designer, Fatma Mustafa, was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From our very first consultation, she took the time to walk me through every detail of the design journey, explaining each step clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Her expertise, patience, and incredible attention to detail turned what could have been an overwhelming project into an exciting and seamless experience. Fatma truly went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. The turnaround time was remarkably fast—I ordered the kitchen and received it just two weeks later on the 5th of August. On top of that, the delivery team was also fantastic; they arrived right on schedule, handled everything with great care, and were incredibly professional. If you are looking to design a kitchen, I cannot recommend Fatma and the team highly enough!
