- OOOrangeLemonJun 9, 20255.0Just been in the Basildon branch, super impressed after visits to Howdens and Wren previously, the showroom smelt fantastic also. Your two staff are a credit to you, so many cool things I like about your kitchens, I will now book an appointment as think your quality is the best I have seen so far. Special mention to the guy who gave me all the info I needed honestly, professionally and effortlessly and his 'Robert Palmer - addicted to love' backing singer (in joke) who showed me some cool bits (hidden power sockets in work tops and recycle bins) and seemed to know loads about the kitchens. Strange to review before a sale but I honestly loved your staff and their naturally open style. I will be making an appointment now. Update have chosen Magnet over Howdens, Wren and an Independent company and really happy with the lovely staff especially Mandy and Mia. Random observation, they must have the nicest customer toilets I have ever seen. Update Nov 2025, decided to fit out a side room with matching units once again great help and advice from Amanda and Mia
