- NYNick YoungAug 24, 20261.0The salesman was all over us during the sales process but since then I’ve had awful service. We decided to add additional units during the installation. The original discount was not applied to the additional units and they obviously decided to make a vastly higher margin on the extra units. They wanted £600 for 2x 300mm units. The appliances were two weeks late. No apologies. And finally they want £25 for a cutlery divider which has been included on every kitchen I’ve ever bought. And I’ve bought over 40 kitchens in 40 years! Utter rip off merchants!!!! Avoid at all costs
