  I got my first kitchen from Magnet (London Kensington branch) and as an inexperienced buyer I was very weary of everything. Luckily I already generated my own design with chatgpt (visuals only, not full rendering and measurements etc), so there was little variation between what each kitchen company could have provide. I did quite a bit of research, showroom visits and got quotes from others (Wren, Howden, Kutchenhaus, DYI Kitchens, Smile, IKEA and a few small indie businesses). I was confident to go ahead with Magnet and pleased with the end to end service: - Initial design appointment with Cynthia Alwan (who was an absolute legend throughout) - when I got on the call the renderings were already made and they made the best use of the tiny space (3.3sqm!). - besides the design itself, the online platform was a big plus. I'm a rather young buyer so I was pleased with the fully digital services. - the Magnet sales process was consultative, not pushy. Wren kitchen made me walk away with a 48h take it or leave it quote... - The kitchen arrived on time, in the designated slot. Do note there is a lead time: I ordered mid-Dec and it arrived end of Jan. - Great quality, no damaged or missing parts (which was a big worry from what I've read in other reviews) - The after sales process was fantastic too. I used my own fitters and had some hiccups with slotting in the extractor hood. Cynthia was super responsive and helpful in providing advice and tweak recommendations after speaking with the Magnet fitters. - Finance options: good ranges, although for kitchens below a certain value they don't offer interest-free plans. Overall, I'm thrilled with both the kitchen quality and experience and I'd highly recommend Magnet.

  Amrit is an absolutely incredible kitchen designer. She made my experience buying my first kitchen incredible and stress free. She was incredibly patient with me and helped me straight away if I had any issue. Would 1000% recommending working with her, she is so professional and truly cares about the end result, thank you Amrit!!

  Had a terrible kitchen experience with a sloppy designer in my opinion making so many errors all along, the store manager turning a blind eye and a broken appliance which magnet head office would not replace. I won’t be using them again as very unprofessional in my opinion.
