- ATAyça Duydu TaşlıJan 28, 20261.0A VERY UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE! We bought our kitchen from Magnet in August and we are still chasing fixes at the end of January. The installation was poorly planned and badly coordinated, with repeated issues that should have been identified and resolved first time. The quality of workmanship and finish has been below an acceptable standard, and we have spent far too much time pushing for basic corrections. What made it worse was the lack of ownership in resolving problems, weak project management, and slow, inconsistent responses. Even straightforward follow up required repeated chasing and there was no clear accountability. Recently, we also had a gas leak from the newly installed hob, which raised a serious safety concern and resulted in our gas being shut off, further undermining our confidence. **We do not recommend using Magnet.**

The customer service is absolutely ridiculous and the worst is, if you haven't bought a kitchen before you might not know that a good company sorts out the meeting, project, payment and schedule date in a weeks time. We had the absolute worst experience with their seller never replying in time to any communication, never updating the plans according to our requests in time and rescheduling simple things like the visit to our place to measure the kitchen a couple of times due to poor organisation. Obviously, the same applies to the request for refund, no replies and then a really late reply saying they're looking into it now. We sorted our new kitchen in a weeks time with their competitor and are really happy.
