- CFC F1 day ago1.0Disappointing services I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. I have arrived at 11:03 and unfortunately the person who I had the appointment with was not available and after waiting 15 to 20 minutes I have left the store. I have received a phone call on our in 45 minutes later to invite me back to discuss the survey.
- JEJoanna EconomidesJun 11, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding shown throughout this process. I only needed to move the templating appointment by a day or two, yet Wren had no availability for a further three weeks and appeared to regard this as entirely reasonable, which it is not. This would have left us without a kitchen for an additional three weeks, which is especially difficult with two children in the home. A greater degree of understanding and consideration would have been appreciated. As a result, we arranged for another company to attend and carry out the templating on Monday. Despite this, Wren are still refusing to cancel the worktops or issue a refund, even though they have not yet carried out the templating themselves and are unable to attend within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, I was repeatedly given the same scripted response that the order had “passed the cooling-off period”, with no meaningful explanation or any genuine attempt to resolve the matter fairly. Good luck to anyone ordering a Wren kitchen… you’re going to need it….
