- JMJeff M.Aug 1, 20261.0The showroom and staff were excellent. Unfortunately, even though we have yet to receive a single item, it has gone downhill from there. You need to read and understand every word of the massive document pack that is your contract. The small print is everything. You also need to understand what you are paying for. A 'fitted kitchen' does not include making good the plaster on the walls, or painting anything - separate and added cost. It doesn't include installing or moving any wiring - separate and added cost. It doesn't include moving any plumbing - separate and added cost. etc. The worst was phoning 'customer service' to determine who was responsible for ensuring any battens and bases for the worktop were to specification (otherwise worktop doesn't get fitted). I still don't know, as the heavy-accented guy on the phone kept insisting, rudely, that I answer 'yes' or 'no' as to whether I wanted the wardrobes. There WERE NO WARDROBES, but he couldn't understand this so I had to hang up. TERRIBLE. Currently no idea of delivery, no idea of fitting, no idea of responsibility, and nobody to phone when things go wrong. Very stressful. Wish I'd never heard of Wren.
