  Very smooth process in helping to build our dream kitchen. Andrew was great and very helpful. Any issues or questions we had he was happy to help and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. Very happy with our experience.

  Stay away from these scammers. The only explanation for such poor service is that they all found their degree in a kinder surprise. They call themselves designers but cannot take measurements to save their lives. I bought the kitchen, but kept all my appliances. They assured me everything was made to measure based on what i had. Lies. They sold me a cabinet that did not fit under my current hob and when questioned they said "oh but we don't have a measure for your hob" ???????? I have no words for the amout of stress they put me through, as well as the massive waste of time and money. This was only the biggest issue, because if i started to list all the things that went wrong we'd stay here forever. I couldnt care less that they act all nice in store if they can't do their job properly. Absolutely useless ""designers"" and even more useless costumer service. Disgraceful [Also note, i am not a Karen, i never leave bad reviews, but this was just bad out of the ordinary]

  While the sales staff are ok while planning your kitchen, they are not helpful in the slightest if you aren't happy with the fitters you're allocated... in fact they will dismiss your concerns by saying "Oh, that's just his way." Which suggests they are well aware of issues with him. I definitely would not recommend using their fitters. Total jobsworths. My plumbers were shocked by what they had been left to work with when they were attaching the dishwasher and washing machine. Still waiting for the electrician's verdict, as an on the day change of schedule from the kitchen fitter from the appointed Monday to a Friday meant I had to reschedule my electrician and have an additional callout for the plumber. If we had gone with our own joiner to do the fitting, I think this review rating would probably have been very different. Would strongly recommend avoiding the fitters provided by Wren.

  Terrible communications, despite several attempts to get confirmation of our delivery day, we only find out that the kitchen wasn’t going to get fitted a few hours before despite knowing that it wouldn’t several days beforehand. We are now stuck with furniture everywhere in our little flat and not knowing when we will get an installation date. They said they will update us every day. We will post a review every day that installation is delayed.
