- WWWarrickAug 23, 20261.0An all round bad experience. Unfinished kitchen with mistakes, no support to get it finished for weeks. Wouldn't recommend Richard Lettuce the designer, the fitter or Wren in general.
- EGethan Gillies-denningJul 27, 20261.0Having gone through the experience of getting a kitchen designed and delivered from the Wrens Hermiston Gate showroom, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place if they want to get a well designed kitchen or any semblance of customer service. The kitchen we received didn’t fit the space it had been ‘measured’ for and a number of components were missing from the delivery. Our designer, Omar, who had been very attentive when we were in the process of purchasing the kitchen, could not have been less helpful once the contract was signed, offering zero meaningful support in trying to get our missing items tracked down. We got our own joiner to install the incorrectly measured kitchen, who to his great credit managed to work it into the space, but it did cost us an extra £600 for his time. We are seeking to recover this from Wrens, but as they have been throughout the installation process, they have shown zero accountability when it comes to their poor customer service and basic design errors. Wrens were recommended to us prior to this so we were so disappointed at the outcome of our purchase. They were simply awful.

- SASimon AtkinsonMay 21, 20261.0Disgusting company! They throw all their brand new and old cabinets into landfill. Also if they order too many or in the wrong colour/size they don’t get taken back to Wren they’re picked up by waste removal and dumped in the ground. Encouraging a throw away society

Is a Wren kitchen design service free?
Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items. Please report any of these issues through your Wren account which can be found on �My Account� page on the website or the Wren app. Please visit our website for further details.

The warranty for your appliance is held directly with the manufacturer. If there is a fault with your appliance, please contact the manufacturer directly.
