  The process of designing and fitting a kitchen is not Straightforward one. There are some positive as well as some negative aspects to it. The positives are: 1. Our designer, Ross Reilly , from the Hermistone Gate branch in Edinburgh was so efficient, helpful and always available to provide support and answers to questions. He would come up with solutions to all the problems we faced in the design as well as the fitting process. His advice was always appreciated and helped us make our minds on several issues. We felt safe with Ross in a process that otherwise can be mostly stressful and time consuming. 2. Replacement of faulty parts. Wren was efficient in providing replacement for any faults, mostly promptly. There were a couple of occasions when it took them almost a month to deliver a replacement, but we had it at the end. 3. Communication with the branch or with the team on the phone was helpful. The negatives: 1. The timeframe for delivering the kitchen from the point of signing the contract to having the kitchen delivered. It took Wren 28 days to deliver the kitchen, which can be frustrating if the costumer is managing several issues. 2. Quartz worktops measurement and fitting. A contractor came to our house to take the measurements for the quartz worktops two weeks after the delivery of the kitchen. After two more weeks, the worktops were to be fitted. However, due to a mistake made by the contractor who took the measurements the worktops did not fit in our kitchen. The whole process has to be repeated again. While the Quartz worktops team on the phone was very helpful, the delay made the kitchen unusable for almost a whole month and for a family which heavily relies on its kitchen this was really frustrating.

  STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! Absolutely shocking experience. The kitchen got delivered but "they forgot" to send out a wall unit. They've ordered it days after when I phoned in after waiting 45 min on the phone. Extra money for another joiner to come out to fit it.onendoor was chipped, that had to be ordered by myself through the app. The surveyor didn't measured it properly and the units didn't fit in a row therefore I needed extra end panels, phoned in, another 40 min waiting, I asked them twice to confirm that it's 3 end panels they will deliver, a week after they deliver just one. Now on the phone again waiting. When we agreed on the last design 2 drawer units were taken off from the design instead of 1 as I asked (the surveyor didn't noticed the main gas and water pipes sticking out from the wall), the design image wasn't updated and I haven't noticed that they took off 2 drawers and they put units instead and that's how I received it before setting up the delivery date. Just disgusting honestly.

  If you are looking to purchase just one single thing, you cannot. I wanted to buy just a single tap I liked, I was told I must buy a whole kitchen renovation 🤣

  An all round bad experience. Unfinished kitchen with mistakes, no support to get it finished for weeks. Wouldn't recommend Richard Lettuce the designer, the fitter or Wren in general.
