- BBBSep 17, 20261.0I had a very concerning experience involving Anne Russell and Connor O’Hagen. During my experience at the store, I personally heard Anne Russell use the racial slur “P**i” when referring to someone. I found this completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional, particularly coming from someone in a management position. I was also very disappointed with Connor O’Hagen’s conduct during my experience there. The overall situation left me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the standards of behaviour within the workplace. Racial language has no place in any workplace or customer environment. I hope senior management takes concerns like this seriously and ensures that everyone who enters or works at the store is treated with dignity and respect.
