- SŁukasz StadnickiApr 29, 20255.0I am very pleased with the quality of service I have received. Paul and Bill had been wonderful with their designs and customer service. I couldn't find better place to have my kitchen design and provided. Luka
- VSV SAug 13, 20241.0Completely disappointed with the non-existent customer service at this branch - avoid at all costs, trust me. From kitchen designer Cindy, to management, we have time and time again been let down despite trying to remain understanding and patient. We bought a 25k kitchen in April for delivery in August. It's now 28th October and still no sign of a complete kitchen. The delivery date has been changed four times last-minute, thus messing our contractors around repeatedly and delaying works. In fact, despite the size and complexity of our reno project, the only delays are the ones that have been directly caused by Magnet. First we were told (2 weeks before the delivery) that the Belfast sink is out of stock - begs the question of why this wasn't ordered in April, when we paid the deposit, and why Magnet subsequently said it was then our responsibility to source a new one, when this is clearly in breach of contract. Then they dispatched an incomplete order (missing larder, kickback, shelving, cracked sink). Then they dispatched an incorrectly measured work-top and a design we did not order. They tried to pin the mistake on us despite paperwork saying otherwise. It is now 2 months later and we're still waiting on our correct countertop - no sign of it yet, 7 months down the line. We have put in two formal complaints - both times, customer services simply shrugged and refused to take any responsibility for their abysmal service (or lack of!) We are now in the process of escalating to the Ombudsman as Magnet is in direct breach of the Goods and Services Act. Avoid at all costs, it's not worth the "luxury" branding. Oh, and their phonelines don't work properly, thus, entirely uncontactable.
