Does not understand the meaning of "fit for purpose" along with consumer rights. Panels incorrect for the application, manager states, I have to spike my own holes despite the instruction manual clearly showing otherwise. Parts missing, support rods on pan drawers not supplied, as well as the back panel etc... products arriving semi-pre-assembled and ultimately chipped, stained and damaged, manager states it MUST have happened on-site because... Wait for it... He worked there for 14 years and never seen anything like this. Yeah, that's his excuse haha! Predominantly because he does not fit them and never has, as he openly admitted. Nevermind that, I've wasted over 7 hours now trying to resolve simple issues going back and forth to branch 4 times with no success. Generally disorganised and unaware on the products this branch sells, I wish I never bothered wasting my time and rather Large amounts of money on so little compared to other companies only to receive damaged, not fit for purpose, incorrect goods. Ps Mr. Manager, since you have worked in the business for 14 years, it would help if you understood consumer rights, customer service or the products you sell. Sure had enough time to know how the installation booklet works ;) X markers = spike holes lol
