  Bought my new wardrobes and chest of drawers from Tom at the Durham store. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing my bedroom design and colour of fossil grey. Delivery was a concern as the main chest of drawers was damaged when it was being loaded onto the delivery vehicle. Customer Services soon arranged for a replacement to be sent and John, the Wren installer rearranged the installation date to make sure everything had been delivered. John, the installer was excellent and built a lovely new bedroom suite.Great service thank you.

  Thomas was really helpful and patient. We knew what we wanted and listened to our ideas and went above and beyond to get what we wanted. The quote given we were very happy with!

  Disgusting service,we ordered our kitchen in January this year,and due to the incompetence of the store,warehouse and customer service our kitchen is still not installed. They managed to lose the flooring.We have got to wait another fortnight before it's even delivered.I informed the store about this last Friday and only got a reply 104 hours later.What a joke.The kitchen what as been installed upto now by the installation team is first rate,but the store and customer services would struggle to get a job in a circus.

  Absolutely disgusted by the way we were treated today. Me and my friend walked into the showroom and were immediately stopped by a bald member of staff sat on the front desk who told us we couldn’t come in without an adult. We explained that we are 18 and 19 years old, so we are adults, but instead of apologising, he continued making comments that made us feel like we weren’t welcome because we didn’t look like people who would buy a kitchen. The whole interaction came across as judgmental and incredibly rude. We were made to feel unwelcome from the moment we walked through the door and essentially felt pushed out before we’d even had the chance to look around. It’s shocking that customers can be treated this way based purely on assumptions about their age and appearance. Needless to say, we left and won’t be returning. Customer service costs nothing, and nobody should be made to feel unwelcome just because they don’t fit someone’s idea of what a customer should look like.

  Initially we thought we had a superb kitchen and excellent service from Wren Durham. From design to installation everything was initially taken care of. They do have an excellent range of styles and colours and a wide range of appliances and accessories to choose from. Our designer was great, thanks Steve, and initially the same for the fitter provided by Wren. From design to installation was relatively quick. We were initially very happy with Wren and the kitchen. But.. UPDATE Regrettably I have installation issues with the kitchen, an upstand and extractor fan not extracting sufficiently. Wren Customer Service have responded positively to most of the issues reported to them with a view to putting them right, but I'm really annoyed with their comments regarding the performance of the extraction fan and putting the responsibility on to me to sort out with the manufacturer if the issue continues after the rectification work with the fitter. Shameful attitude considering I've paid thousands in fitting costs alone! UPDATE 10/04/2026 Buyer beware. If you have issues as we have you will be told to sort it out with the installer and claim against their liability insurance. At no point does Wren inspect the installation, during or after. There is zero quality assurance from our experience and trying to get things sorted after installation you will be told to sort things out yourself as mentioned. Shameful attitude. I've uploaded the videos and phototographic evidence for all to see for your own conclusions. Shocking customer service received. I wish I had gone eleswhere now. Could have saved thousands and avoided the headache issues I now have. They even closed an unresolved complaint on the 25th December 2025! We were a returning customer but we wish we hadn't now. As always the fitting is key to any DIY but Wren will not take responsibility for fitting and goods provided from our latest and last experience of them. AVOID
