The finished kitchen is fabulous and a delight every day with the practical and WOW effect we were looking for. We cannot recommend enough the excellent and friendly customer service and after sales help Phil and Malcolm provided. It is truly a Happy New Year.

From the beginning Magnet Durham have been absolutely fantastic ! I mainly dealt with Phil (but also David,Manny and Neil - were all amazing) We had priced kitchens from a few places - I had especially found as a young woman most companies spoke mainly to my husband and really disregarded me when it coming to ideas for design or anything important in that matter. It has been a rather uncomfortable experience for me. This was the opposite to magnet Durham. They were respectful, friendly and helpful at every step of the way to designing our dream kitchen. Any queries where answered and it couldn't have gone any better ! I have even dealt with them most of the time myself without my husband as I have felt comfortable to do so. Also, it may just be a personal opinion, but they were not overly pushy at all when it came to going ahead with the kitchen. This is a pet peeve that I feel pressured into buying. Another company told me he could not keep me this deal if we didn't pay a 10% that day which wasn't true as he rang me the next day offering the same offer. Impressed with the quality of the kitchen itself its better than we hoped for. Much better than another brand and its (flashy) showroom the finish and everything is just way better. Price couldn't be beaten anywhere and that definitely has not effected quality at all. Top blokes in there ! super super happy customer
