Over two months to replace a faulty fridge freezer, engineers cancelling, not turning up and then turning up after waiting in for hours on a weekend only to say that they would not fit the fridge freezer due to Howdens leaving it in the wrong room and in the box. You couldn’t write this! Engineer came today to fit it whilst my teenager was home due to me being at work and I categorically said the old one cannot be left inside and the rubbish cannot be left there either. I have a small dog and a toddler so it’s not safe. What have I come home to. The fridge freezer standing freely in my dining room and a pile of rubbish! I have guests coming and this is a huge eyesore!
