- TTTaraFeb 9, 20262.0My partner and I popped in the Branksome store on a Saturday afternoon to check out their kitchens whilst the sale was still on. The store was empty apart from two staff at their desks. We were browsing for around 15 minutes and not once did they ask if we needed any help, look up or even acknowledge our presence! We felt as though we were intruding in someone's home. We had to ask them to show us something. It's a very strange sales tactic. Unsurprisingly, we left and are spending our money with another company. 🤷🏻♀️
