We booked in for an hour and a half appointment to design our dream kitchen for our home. Had no real interest in what we were after went extremely pushy on the fact there January sale was happening and if I wanted to put a deposit down without knowing the price which I’m never going to do and was an instant put off. He was very undermining on decisions my wife wanted for our kitchen. Constantly rushed us throughout the process saying he knows what we want and will get a quote over to us, 3 days later no quote nothing. Spent the whole time talking about himself. I run my own sales team and if I allowed a member of my team to behave with a customer in that fashion I wouldn’t be impressed at all. If a manager wants to call me to discuss this further then not a problem.
