Withheld some terms and conditions by putting them on a separate contract not shared at point of sale. Multiple payments of hundreds of pounds still due despite ombudsmen rulings and wren assurances. Floor damaged during installation left unrepaired. Tap detached very quickly and needed prolonged repairs. Dishwasher door attached using wrong fitting so broken, wren has informed a fitter a part needed order, didn't order it then closed the case. Then no response from them. This is 8 months after installation.
