    I had an AWFUL experience with this company. After they measured my bathroom and I had my consultation I was told what sq meters of tiles to buy. It was written down on my spec. I ended up with NINE boxes too many. I was routinely ignored when I emailed to ask if they will pay for the return. When I phoned I was told it was "nothing to do with us" and I should not followed their advice. Then I was told it was the tiler's fault (who they contracted) then I was told they didn't know what size of tiles I would be buying!! All this to save them £104. Oh yes and one other thing. When my shower was installed I could not use it as nobody noticed that I needed a pump which had obviously been on my previous shower. This was resolved fairly quickly via the tiler/installer and cost me an extra £400 which Rab Corder said I would get a discount on. Needless to say I have heard nothing more about this. I can't bring myself to even call them again due to the way they treated me, like they were swatting away an irritating fly.

    Fantastic local bathroom company, All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Its great that we have this local company where you can get answers to your questions, see the great products and at good prices. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will use again.
