  Misleading sales, poor communication, and a very stressful experience!!! Our experience with Wren Kitchens has been extremely disappointing. From the start, we were misled about the installation. We were clearly led to believe that installation was included as part of our agreement and that by using Wren’s installers everything would be covered. Only later were we informed that there would be significant additional costs, for work we reasonably believed was already included in the price. Communication throughout has been poor and inconsistent. We were promised call-backs that never happened, given conflicting information by different staff members, and repeatedly had to chase for clarification. Each explanation seemed to change, leaving us with no confidence in the advice or process. We were also told who we could and could not use to install our own kitchen, which felt completely unreasonable. Rather than acknowledging the misleading information provided at the point of sale, responsibility was placed back on us as the customer. In the end, due to the lack of transparency and trust, we have cancelled the entire project and requested a refund of our deposit. This was not a decision we wanted to make, but the experience left us with no confidence in Wren’s ability to deliver what was promised. For such a large company, the lack of clarity, accountability, and customer care has been extremely disappointing. We would strongly advise others to get everything in writing before committing.
