- JHJames HickenJun 1, 20261.0We had our kitchen delivered, but a few things were missing and/or damaged. The app makes it easy to reorder items, but this caused unwanted delays. One month on from installation, a cabinet door fell off the unit. The doors come pre-installed, but Wren tried to blame me, saying that I had overextended the door. However, this is not possible, as it is up against another unit. They refused to do anything about this other than reimburse me for buying a hinge repair kit from Amazon. After spending thousands of pounds with Wren, they think it’s acceptable to bodge together a door rather than properly fix the problem. After multiple emails, I managed to secure a whole £50 cheque from them. This cheque paid for part of the kitchen installer’s visit to fill the holes in the unit and reinstall the door. Another month has gone by, and I’ve had the same issue with another unit, yet they are not willing to do anything about it

Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items. Please report any of these issues through your Wren account which can be found on �My Account� page on the website or the Wren app. Please visit our website for further details.
What should I do if my appliance is faulty?
The warranty for your appliance is held directly with the manufacturer. If there is a fault with your appliance, please contact the manufacturer directly.
What type of payment methods do Wren accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. You can also pay by cash, cheque, or BACs, if you prefer.
