- EHEmma Harvey3 days ago3.0Poor aftercare service. Not had our kitchen fitted for a year yet and flooring is lifting and splitting. Contacted showroom who gave us number for flooring company (floor is under warranty) company promised call back twice, they have not. Emailed our contact at showroom again to say not heard anything from flooring company, now being ignored by showroom, Poor aftercare service from both.

- SFSteve FlackJul 30, 20261.0Awful dates given for fitting lost or forgotten come to meeting fitters they given the wrong dates and be prepared to pay extras to have your kitchen fitted for eg they will take your existing oven out but want money to put it back in I had to call the designer several times and got no answers . And they use subcontractors so they don't have any control if they decide to not to fit your kitchen for you and charge a fortune 4 k to dry fit your kitchen in 5 days plus all the extra charges plus the subcontractor attitude for eg if u don't have new plumbing under your sink and we get a leak that's your leak not ours and my house is only 25 years old they pressure u into do what they say I said I am not a cash cow for your subcontractors the fitting of the kitchen would of been approximately 50% the cost of the kitchen. Not the experience I thought I was getting

He saw the issues with the space, and created a plan that maximised everything we wanted. He was also careful about choosing the best fitter for our purpose. In short he was 100% customer focused.

Is a Wren kitchen design service free?
Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items. Please report any of these issues through your Wren account which can be found on �My Account� page on the website or the Wren app. Please visit our website for further details.

The warranty for your appliance is held directly with the manufacturer. If there is a fault with your appliance, please contact the manufacturer directly.
