- LLLydiaMay 27, 20262.0Poor customer service on 2 occasions. The first attempt for a instore appointment; we arrived, no one even looked up from their desks. We wandered the showroom a while and then eventually left as no one even said hello. We later got a call saying we missed our appointment! We were there but no one spoke to us! The second occasion was a poor online consultation, the lady was very nice but not very knowledgeable in the range of kitchens supplied and it was a very difficult meeting. A shame as lovely kitchens but the customer service is poor in comparison to other providers.

Our experience started off great and the range and in store support for designing the kitchen were great (better than the 2 other alternatives we enquired with). Delivery was fine. Once we got to fitting, it was obvious certain measurements were not captured correctly or at all for the Kitchen + Utility we were purchasing. We also had a unit completetly misdelivered. We first enquired about this on the 4th March and at time of writing (26th March) still have no resolution. Honestly, the general impression is if you're not going to use their fitting service all responsibility is dumped onto the customer... even if they come out to site to take measurements. A kitchen and design company that has mis-measured and sent the wrong kitchen items... make of that as you will. Great shame as the product is great quality. Overall impression, once they got the money job was done for them. Unless you are going to use their fitting service i would advise you look for a more helpful provider.
- SJSteve JonesJul 9, 20251.0Very good up to the point we placed an order, then things went down hill. Basically they couldn’t organise a pub crawl in a brewery quarter. Kitchen cabinet missing together with door, supplied cooker faulty, lots of minor issues including not enough oak up stand and not enough door handles ordered. Good luck getting someone in the Exeter branch to answer the phone and good luck if you leave a message and hope to get a return call when trying to find out what is going on with your kitchen project. Very disappointing from a company that is supposed to be the best kitchen fitting company according to Which.
