  From start to finish Wren have been really helpful. The fitter was professional and helpful. I’ve had a couple of snags since completion but replacements have been sent and replaced quickly.

  Called in at the weekend and have signed up for a new kitchen. Very professional staff with a comprehensive showroom and many different options available. So far,more than happy with the service they offer and well worth considering if you want kitchen or bedroom furniture.

  Great showroom and wonderful staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was good and at an accommodative time. However, the quality of the materials leaves a lot to be desired. We had a Wren “Fitted” bedroom installed independently, due to the eye watering charges by Wren. The installer was very experienced and had worked with this and one or two other companies. When it came to installing we discovered a few things, panels were slightly damaged in the corners, some had indentations which had to be touched up by paint that Wren provided! Disappointing to say the least. Also, in my opinion the furniture is not truly bespoke as the he units came in set sizes, requiring filler panels, some of which didn’t match the original colours for our theme (light grey and dark grey combo) there was another shade of grey thrown in and made the look put together by whatever close colour available. The first photo shows this. More dissatisfaction came when we discovered that we were supplied with and charged for many extra panels and plinths that were not needed!! Customer service was contacted and we were told that the panels should have been used when installing. We eventually received a partial refund but not all. And then we were told that panels would be left for us to dispose as they would not collect. My honest opinion is that Wren Bedrooms will do the job but quality wise there is much better out there. Not premium standard. As the saying goes, You get what you pay for but sadly I was expecting a bit better.
