  Had a kitchen from wren and had an awful experience, design the kitchen went well and very smooth but when it came to fitting it all went down hill. We didn’t pay for wren to fit as the price for them to fit is ridiculous. So we had someone else do it when it came to fitting we found 2 doors to big for the units and our worktop not fitting, I rang for help to have bigger ones sent out and they didn’t do the worktop I had any bigger, they wanted us to use off cuts from our island to fill the gaps. Which we was not willing to do as it wouldn’t look nice and that not a fitted kitchen in my eyes. They wasn’t willing to give me any other options wouldn’t let me pick new worktop or give me a refund so I could get new ones. 3 days I spent in the phone try to get a refund or new worktops. They kept saying I signed off on the kitchen so it my fault but not one person in the show room told me we would be using off cuts to fill the gaps in on the work top if we had known that I would have picked different worktops. I finally got though to management called Mathew and he asked me to go to my property and he would give me a zoom call so he could see the work top and solve my problem. Now I don’t live at my property as it a renovation project but I went up to my property to get the solved. He said email me photos when your there and I will call you. 2hrs I was there and he never rang me. So I went back as I was at work that night need to sleep and I have a life. I rang back up and requested a call back 2 hrs again for someone to ring me back. I asked for Mathew straight away and they said he will ring me back. He rang me back straight away and asked if I was still at the property 4 hrs after I last spoke to him. As if I don’t have my own life work to get to and things to do. In the end I finally got a refund and my 2 doors delivered. He also wanted to leave me with the worktops that don’t fit I mean what am I ment to do with them so I said you can get your lorry’s to come collect them or I will leave them out side the doors of one of your stores as they are no use to me. He then decided he could get someone to collect them. There customer care is disgusted they don’t care all they want is money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a kitchen from here as if somthing not right with your kitchen they will not help you and you will have to fight till your blue in the face. All they want is more money of you and don’t care about you. They never ones told us we would be sticking bits together like a jigsaw puzzle and it wouldn’t be a fitted kitchen. Iv never know customer care like it. Yes I finally got a refund but I shouldn’t have been in this place in the first place fighting for a refund or help to get bigger worktops. Disgusting customer care. Don’t get a kitchen from wren only if you want 3 days worth of stress and even more stress off finding more worktops

  Amazing quality kitchens and service. We recently upgraded the kitchen that came with our new build and it was a very basic cheap one. The kitchen we got from wren was absolutely in a league of it's own in comparison, so much better, the quality, build, colours and style. We had a great designer Hakeem, he did a brilliant job and you could tell he was very skilled at what he does as he listened and understood all our needs and made it a reality. The final product is absolutely amazing and I have no complaints with the process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Wren for your next kitchen upgrade.

  Disclosure: Have not had the delivery or installation yet. This review is solely for the design experience we received. Hakeem Iqbal is an excellent designer. He is so friendly and practical. He helped us to navigate the space in our new kitchen. He was really honest and gave us so many insights/ideas. Based on his service, we decided to go with Wren Kitchens. Looking forward to hopefully having a positive delivery and installation. Thank you Hakeem.

  The initial service in the store was very good, and our designer Hakeem was very helpful. I cannot stress enough how you should absolutely not go ahead with the Wren installers. Our kitchen started over a month ago and we are still not finished. There is zero communication. Complaints to Wren go completely ignored and once they have your money they literally couldn't care less. Don't make the mistake we made, avoid and go elsewhere!
