  Did a click and collect order this morning. Got a notification within about 10 minutes to say it was ready. Staff member was very friendly and asked if I needed help as the item was a little heavy. Very positive experience

  I ordered an electric oil radiator/heater online which was very reasonably priced (much cheaper than Argos or B&Q for the same product) I chose this branch to collected it from. When we walked in there was an young lady at the counter who seemed free so my daughter and I waited for couple of minutes but the lady seemed not to care that we were waiting so we decided to walk up to the counter anyway, she seemed peed that we were distributing her, she just looked at us and without even an acknowledgement let alone a "hi" anyway I told her we came to collect an item and showed her the order on my phone, she took one look and walked off not saying a word and started looking in small drawers 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ so I told her "its a large heater so it's not going to be in small any drawers" then she look on the self and found it. She bought it over anh put it on the counter and just left it there (again didnt a say anything like "there you go" or "thats it" etc) I asked if thats it or do I need anything else that's when she just relied "no"... I can't remember a worse customer service experiences 😒. I would have given this place a 1 star but I had to return the heater because it wasn't compatible with an extension lead (apparently non are but I didn't know that) anyway the staff on that day were much nicer and a lot more friendly, they gave me advice on what kind of extension I needed and didnt make a fuss about the return even though I had opened the box (they checked the heater over just to make sure it wasn't damaged but I hadn't even used so all good) they managed to redeem some good will for the company hence 3 star, I would have given more but the first experience was too horrible to get over so quickly
