When I called to check on the status of my delivery, the woman who answered was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic telephone manners. When I requested to speak with a manager, she abruptly hung up on me. The manager eventually called me back, but rather than addressing the lack of communication or handling the situation professionally, he took her side and validated her behaviour. When I expressed how disgusting it was to be spoken to in that manner as a paying customer, my concerns were completely dismissed. To top it off, I still have not received my order or a refund. Appalling service and zero accountability. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere.
