- NHNick HarrisJul 5, 20221.0Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced with an established company. I won't ever be recommending Magnet. They rush fit a kitchen with chips and damage over the units and when moving heaven and earth to get the snags repaired they drop off the face of the earth... including the "dedicated" customer care team. Truly awful.
