- LLlowlanderkevFeb 7, 20241.0Kitchen designer David park from Howdens Kendal, only asked a couple questions when at my home to plan kitchen, didn’t seem interested. Had to keep chasing for over 3 weeks to see if design had been completed. Just fob off all the time . Advised that Howdens barrow could offer me a design in less than a week . His reply was “ happy for you to get your design done by Howdens barrow . What a waste of time. Kendal howdens have lost business of what would have been quite a substantial kitchen from their top range . Makes me reluctant to even go with Howdens now but my joiner has assured m that Barrow howdens are very proactive and positive .

Yes, we offer a free kitchen design service where our expert designers can help to visualise your ideas into a 3D plan. This service is available at depots and can be booked through our website.
Do Howdens offer home surveys?
Yes, a home survey is included within our free kitchen design service. One of our design specialists from your local Howdens depot will visit your property to take measurements, evaluate the space, and determine the best layout, style and design. You can book this directly through our website.
Do you fit kitchens?
Howdens supplies products, we do not fit. The only fitting service we have is for solid surfaces. Your local depot can help you with finding someone if you don't know where to start.

Do you have any showrooms?
We don’t have showrooms; however, we have 800+ Howdens depots around the country where members of the public can view any ranges, products, and samples. Our depots can be busy, so we recommend calling ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment.
