- LHLaura HowardJun 10, 20261.0Do not buy a kitchen from Wren, my kitchen was fitted damaged, the extractor has a scratch on that Wren coloured in with pen hoping I’d not notice. There is damage inside my cupboard, one of the doors is damaged and the bottom of my boiler cupboard isn’t even sealed. Really disappointed. Spent my savings on this kitchen, I’m really upset.

She is incredibly professional, friendly, and patient. She listened carefully to our ideas and offered highly constructive advice for our new build wardrobes. For one of our bedrooms, we had a tricky spatial dilemma that we couldn't figure out how to solve. Chloe quickly came up with a brilliant, creative new design that completely resolved our doubts and optimised the space perfectly. - TDThomas DevinettApr 1, 20265.0Fantastic customer service and product from start to finish, I’m a kitchen fitter who’s mainly fitted howdens kitchens as customers think they’ll always be the cheapest, this is completely untrue and every wrens kitchen I’ve ever fitted has always been cheaper and a better experience overall. The quality of the kitchen is levels above any other kitchen I’ve ever fitted. My designer in the Cardiff branch was Reece bullock and I couldn’t have been happier with his design and his helpfulness. If I ever had any questions he was always willing to answer. Unmatched quality, customer service and experience. Highly recommend

Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items.
