- KCkay cobbleJun 7, 20261.0The designer we had was not very experienced. Right from the start, things requested we were told no you cant fit that in (even though the measurements proved we could). There were various issues regarding a change. We were told various things that were contrary to other things we had been previously told. We eventually cancelled the order completely only to be badgered with emails and phone calls We have had a wren kitchen before and were very happy with that.

I visited the showroom looking for a kitchen island for my home renovation project. However, Antony told me to go and buy a dining room table instead. Without even asking what my budget was, he insinuated that I would not be able to afford a kitchen island. He did not have the decency to take me around the showroom or offer any professional advice. I walked out feeling deflated and disappointed. This was a direct way of losing a customer.

From start to finish, Sasha listened to our vision and brought it to life with such precision, detail and care. We felt very looked after, especially since we’ve had no experience in kitchen design, whatsoever! Sasha also helped us order some samples, and made the whole process very easy. Any changes made were no issue at all, and it felt like a very collaborative project. I feel confident knowing that if we have any questions, she would be happy to help. I would absolutely recommend Sasha and Wren Kitchens. 5* experience!
